FOR HIGHER SECONDARY SECTION (+2)

Bongaigaon Higher Secondary School, a pioneer English Medium institution is upgraded upto +2 level with effect from academic session 2014. Initially it made the provision of Arts & Science streams providing the course curriculum of Assam Higher Secondary Education Council. (AHSEC).

ADMISSION PROCEDURE:-

Admission is open to all irrespective of caste, creed and religions. Admission form and prospectus shall be made available at the payment of Rs. 500/- with proper notification in due course of time.

ADMISSION CRITERIA:-

Admission is strictly on the basis of merit and subject to seat capacity. An admission test shall be conducted in this regard in the subject stated below, (If necessary).

For Arts Stream:-English & Social Science (std. X level)

For Science Stream:-Mathematics & Science (std. X level)

A selection list shall be circulated to ensure the admission of the qualified candidate into class - XI (H. S. 1 year). The candidates whose performance are below satisfactory level shall not be entertained. Candidates disqualified once shall not be allowed to appear the test second time. However, at the time of admission an interactive counseling shall be arranged for the selected ones as personality test in which the candidates must qualify for his/her candidature.

NOTE:- The admission is quite provisional. In case of unruly behaviour, breach of discipline, delinquent nature, consumption of intoxicants, bringing bad name to the institution, damaging school property, doing anything against the interest of the institution or showing disregards to the school authority shall lead to immediate expulsion from the school.

-An amount of Rs. 5600/- (for Arts) & Rs.7600/-(for Science) to be deposited at the time of Admission. The detailed fee structure is shown Below-
